Pickup Policy
Pickup Policy: important details about your store pickup.
All store pickups must be picked up within 5 business days of the order completion date. After the 5 business days, we have the right to cancel and refund your order at any time.
Any orders that have not been picked up within 30 days will be donated to a local Miami charity.
Pickup times are Monday through Friday 11am-6pm and Saturday 11am-5pm at 305 Palermo Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134.
If you would like to change your shipping method and ship it instead, please email orders@ariarose.com with your order number.
