Where do you ship from?

We ship out of Miami, FL and all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. There is a standard shipping rate for all orders under $150! 


What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States.


How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. More often than not, it will ship a lot faster than that! You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information. If you have any questions, email hello@ariarose.com. If you selected showroom pickup, we will email you when that's ready, too! 


Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. 


My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet. 

ln the occasion that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you still have not received it, please contact USPS to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package. Once a package’s status is labeled as delivered, there is nothing we can do as the sender in terms of locating it but we will definitely help you in trying to find out where it is! Sometimes USPS says "delivered" but it has yet to be delivered. So give it another business day before calling!

We are not responsible for lost packages after they’ve been marked delivered.


How does showroom pickup work?

If you selected showroom pickup, please allow up to one business day for us to prepare your pickup and email you that it's ready! 

All showroom pickups must be picked up within 5 business days of the purchase date. After the 5 business days, we have the right to cancel and refund your order at any time. 


Any orders that have not been picked up within 30 business days will be donated to a local Miami charity. 


If you would like to change your shipping method and ship it instead, please email orders@ariarose.com with your order number.


Can I shop in-store?

Yes! Come visit us at 147 Alhambra Circle Suite 200 Coral Gables, FL 33134. We are open Tuesday through Friday 12pm to 6pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm! You don't have to have an appointment to come shop! 


What are your showroom hours?

Tuesday through Friday 12pm to 6pm. 

Saturday 11am to 3pm.


What if I want to return or exchange something I ordered?

We want you to LOVE your Aria Rose purchase and are happy to accept returns for store credit. At this time, we are not offering exchanges or refunds. Please read below for additional details!

RETURN DETAILS: Shipped Online Orders

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Please keep shipping time in mind. Additionally, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN DETAILS: Online Orders Picked Up In Showroom

An item may be returned within 14 days of the day the order was completed and noted as ready (via email) for pickup at the showroom. If you choose to have your order shipped after it was already fulfilled for showroom pickup, we still go by the date that it was fulfilled for showroom pickup as that was your original chosen delivery method.

RETURN DETAILS: In-Showroom Orders

An item may be returned within 7 days of the in-showroom purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in original condition, unworn with an Aria Rose hangtag.

  • Shows evidence of wear
  • Has been washed
  • Does not have an Aria Rose tag  
  • Was purchased with a store credit
  • Was bought at 25% off or higher or is a Sunday Steals item
  • Is a sale item
  • Is an intimate (bralette or bodysuit) or bathing suit

If a customer has returned merchandise more than 4 times within a year, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of said return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return depending on the circumstances surrounding said return(s).

Once we have received the item, we will let you know within 2 business days if your return has been accepted. We will process your return within 5 business days and email you a store credit in the original amount (minus shipping or any discounts used) of your purchased item. Store credits cannot be used on accessories.

If an item is damaged, the damage must be reported to hello@ariarose.com within 2 days of the delivery date. IMPORTANT: you cannot use a store credit for accessories.

Do you have an overall size chart?

Please keep in mind that sizes vary between brands. On each product page, check to see what size the model is and what size she is wearing and use that as your guide to purchasing the perfect size for you! If you'd like to get in touch about sizing, email hello@ariarose.com.
