Where do you ship from?
We ship out of Miami, FL and all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. There is a standard shipping rate for all orders under $150!
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship/be fulfilled for store pickup. More often than not, it will ship a lot faster than that! You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information. If you have any questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you selected store pickup, we will email you when that's ready, too (within 2-3 business days)!
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet.
ln the occasion that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you still have not received it, please contact USPS to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package. Once a package’s status is labeled as delivered, there is nothing we can do as the sender in terms of locating it but we will definitely help you in trying to find out where it is! Sometimes USPS says "delivered" but it has yet to be delivered. So give it another business day before calling!
We are not responsible for lost packages after they’ve been marked delivered. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages damaged in transit by USPS or UPS.

How does store pickup work?
Can I shop in-store?
Yes! Come visit us at 305 Palermo Avenue Coral Gables, FL 33134. We are open Tuesday through Friday 11am to 6:30pm and Saturday 11am to 5:30pm! You don't have to have an appointment to come shop!
What are your storefront hours?
Tuesday through Friday 11am to 6:30pm.
Saturday 11am to 5:30pm.
What if I want to return or exchange something I ordered?
All items purchased on sale with a discount code of 20% off or more during a sitewide sale are final sale. No returns or store credit. No exceptions. If you'd like to exchange for a different size and we have that size in stock, we can do that for you in-store only!
We want you to LOVE your Aria Rose purchase and are happy to accept returns for store credit. At this time, we are not offering exchanges or refunds. Please read below for additional details!
RETURN DETAILS: Shipped Online Orders
Shipped returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the item being delivered to you due to transit time for it to get back to us. Additionally, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
If you'd like to bring it back to us in-store, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN DETAILS: Online Orders Picked Up In Store
An item may be returned within 14 days of the day the order was completed and noted as ready (via email) for pickup at the storefront. If you choose to have your order shipped after it was already fulfilled for store pickup, we still go by the date that it was fulfilled for store pickup as that was your original chosen delivery method. Shipped returns must be postmarked within 10 days of it being marked fulfilled and ready for pickup.
RETURN DETAILS: In-Store Orders
An item may be returned within 14 days of the in-store purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in original condition, unworn with an Aria Rose hangtag.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF ITEM:
- Shows evidence of wear or has been washed
- Does not have an Aria Rose tag
- Was purchased with a store credit (partially or full)
- Seasonal items (sequins, holiday shirts)
- Is a bathing suit or resort item (cover up)
- Is an intimate (bralettes) or bodysuit
- Is a sale item
- Is a gifting item (i.e. shoes, neoprene bag, accessories, home, etc)
- Any item purchased at 20% off or higher (including Sunday Steals)
If a customer has returned merchandise more than 10 times within 12 months or over $1,000, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of said return or exchange.

Once we have received the item, we will let you know within 2 business days if your return has been accepted. We will process your return within 5 business days and email you a store credit in the original amount (minus shipping or any discounts used) of your purchased item.
If an item is damaged, the damage must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of the delivery date. All damaged items must be postmarked within 3 days of report (we will provide a shipping label) or brought back to the store within 3 days. If you're bringing it back to the store, it must be brought back within 4 days. Buyer can choose whether they want a store credit, refund or a replacement!
