What To Do At Home During Quarantine

Raise your hand if you’re ready for everything to go back to normal (everyone raises their hand). Yeah, us too. But, given that this will be our new normal for a few more weeks, we wanted to round up some of our favorite things to do when stuck at home. 

Find a new workout you love

With most gyms being closed, it’s super important to stay active. I know that whenever I workout, I instantly feel energized and mentally stronger. I’m currently loving the Tone It Up app because they recently launched a Summer Body Program. They also have recipes, a community and different workouts you can do on your own time. 

Clean out your closet

This is one thing I’ve been dreading. I love organizing but my closet has gone out of hand. Take a few hours maybe once a week to start tackling the closet, drawers and maybe even your jewelry collection. 

Practice self care

I’m all about self care. For me, self care is lighting a candle, taking a bath with lavender and listening to a great meditation playlist. This is a really crazy time for us right now and it’s important to stay grounded (and dare I say sane?). Put your favorite face mask on, blast your favorite soothing tunes and treat yourself. 

Make virtual dates

Whether you’re planning virtual dates with your significant other or best friends, make the time to communicate with people. Carve out a little bit of time each week and make those dates with your favorite people. Grab a glass of wine, your favorite Aria Rose loungewear and get to communicating! 

Overall: Spend this time working on you but remember to take time to do nothing if that’s what feels right for you.
